After completing checkout, you’ll have the option to register your account on the order confirmation page. If you missed this step, no problem.

Visit vetcs.com and click the account (person) icon at the top of the page. Create an account or log in using the same email address you used when placing your subscription order.

Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions. You may be redirected to a secure subscription portal to manage your deliveries, billing, and schedule.

From your VetCS account page, select Manage Subscriptions. You’ll be redirected to a secure subscription portal.

Once there, click Account. Under your contact information and address, select Manage Payment Methods to add or update your payment details. Please note that at least one payment method must remain on file.

You will be charged at the same time of day as when you placed your initial order. For example, if you placed your order at 10:00 am and chose to auto-ship every 4 weeks, you will be charged at 10:00 am exactly 4 weeks later.

Yes. From your VetCS account page, select Manage Subscriptions. You’ll be redirected to a secure subscription portal. From there, click Subscriptions, choose the product you’re subscribed to, and adjust the Order Frequency to fit your needs.

From your account details screen, click "Manage Subscriptions." In the subscription tab, click "Subscriptions" and then select the product you're subscribed to. From this screen, navigate to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Subscription."

Yes. You can skip or pause a delivery at any time from your subscription dashboard. Changes apply to future orders only.

Yes. If you’ve previously canceled a subscription, you can restart it at any time. You can either add the product again from your subscription portal or place a new order and select Subscribe & Save at checkout. If you need help getting set back up, our team is always happy to assist.
