: Once you've completed the checkout process and are redirected to the order confirmation, be sure to click the "Register account" button at the top of the screen and then enter your information.

Important note:If you navigated away from the order confirmation page after checking out, or closed your browser window, you will need to return to www.vetcs.com and click the account (person) icon, or simply click here. When you reach the account registration screen, create an account USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS with which you placed your subscription. Afterward, you'll receive an email confirmation that you'll need to click to verify your account.

Once verified, log in using your email and password. On your account page, you'll find a "Manage Subscriptions" link located beneath the primary address associated with your account.
: You will be charged at the same time of day as when you placed your initial order. For example, if you placed your order at 10:00 am and chose to auto-ship every 4 weeks, you will be charged at 10:00 am exactly 4 weeks later.
: From your account details screen, click "Manage Subscriptions." On the right side of the subscription tab, click "Payment Methods." Here, you can add or remove payment methods. Please note: you must have at least one payment method associated with your account.
