Subscriptions & Accounts

I need to edit or cancel my subscription. Where do I access it? 

Please login to your account here. On the left, click manage subscriptions. If you need more help, please watch this short video or email us at Info@vetcs.com and we'll get you taken care of!

Why cant I find the discount code box at checkout? 

If you have signed up for a subscription with us, it carries a 20% discount code so the discount code box will not appear as the system does not let us stack multiple discounts.

Where can I find dosing information?

We have dosing charts available on each individual product page. Click on the drop down chart labeled “dosing” to review dosing, based on your pets weight. 

I have a dog that is over 120+ pounds. What is the best product? 

For our XL breed dogs we recommend our Giant Breed formula. Please contact our veterinary team for a custom dosing plan! 

Are VetCS formulations safe to give my pet or horse?

We have extensive data to say that CBD products are safe for horses and pets. Please see our Knowledge Center for more information.

Are horse CBD products safe to give during shows?

While CBD and hemp extract are nutraceuticals and completely natural, we would avoid using CBD products while participating at recognized shows (USEF, FEI, etc.). We recommend a withdrawal time of 7 days before any recognized competition.

Do I have to discontinue other medications that my pet receives?

No, please do not change any ongoing medications without first consulting your veterinarian. Certain classes of anti-convulsants, gabapentin, and corticosteroids can have altered pharmacodynamics in an animal being dosed with hemp or CBD products. Always discuss any medication changes with your veterinarian.

My dog/cat/horse is pregnant. Can I use VetCS products?

We do not recommend using CBD products in pregnant or lactating animals, namely because a lack of safety research during pregnancy. We also do not recommend giving CBD products to animals less than 6 months of age.

I have a puppy/kitten; can they have CBD?

We do not recommend giving CBD products to animals less than 6 months of age.

We are open M-F 9am-5pm MT. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday.

Do you offer refunds?

How fast is the free shipping? 

Depending on where you live our free shipping with USPS is typically 3-4 business days. If you need to upgrade your shipping you can do so during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the United States. Please join our email list and we will be sure to update you as those policies and legal restrictions change in the future!

What is Route and Green Package Protection?

Route's Green Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit while also protecting the planet. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Green Package Protection can be added during checkout.

Every time you add Green Package Protection to your order, Route donates to support an
agroforestry initiative that removes CO₂ from the air and promotes a flourishing ecosystem.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.  

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.  

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded. 

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. 
  • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. 

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
