VetCS was founded in 2017 with a mission to bring veterinary expertise and clinical standards to the emerging CBD industry for pets and horses.
Dr. Chelsea Luedke and Trish Wilhelm, RVT, longtime colleagues in veterinary practice, recognized a growing demand among pet parents and horse owners for safe, effective cannabinoid-based therapies. But after reviewing what was available, they found most products lacked transparency, scientific rigor, and the quality animals deserve.
With no outside investors or flashy backing, they built VetCS from the ground up and driven by a passion for animals, a commitment to science, and an uncompromising belief in doing things the right way. Today, VetCS remains a self-funded, women-owned company proud to be setting the standard in cannabinoid therapy for dogs, cats, and horses.
